These terms apply to the Palmotti app and palmotti.com, provided by Tanoit LLC ("we"). By using Palmotti you agree to them.

A player only

Palmotti plays playlists that you add. It does not include, host, sell or recommend any channels, streams or other content, and we have no relationship with any content provider. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to access the content you add.

Premium and the free trial

Each new TV gets 7 days of Premium free. Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra features on your account and TVs — it is not a subscription. Purchases through Google Play follow Google Play's refund policies. Prices may change for new purchases; a purchase you've made stays yours.

Your account

Accounts are optional. Keep access to your email secure; you can delete your account at any time at palmotti.com/delete-account.

Acceptable use

Don't use Palmotti to break the law or anyone's rights, or to interfere with our services.

No warranty

Palmotti is provided "as is". Streams and guide data come from your provider, and we can't guarantee they will be available or work as expected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Tanoit LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium.
