Privacy Policy

Palmotti is an IPTV player app for TVs, made by Tanoit LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the app and palmotti.com collect, and what they don't.
What stays on your TV
Your playlists, playlist links and logins, channel lists, TV guide data, favorites and viewing history are stored only on your TV. Playlist links and logins are kept in the TV's secure storage. Streams go directly from your provider to your TV — they never pass through our servers.
What we collect
- A device identifier for purchases and the free trial. The app creates an anonymous identifier from a one-way hash of your TV's Android ID, so the free trial and your Premium purchase belong to that TV. It can't be turned back into the Android ID.
- Purchase status. Purchases are processed by Google Play (or, for Fire TV, our web checkout). Our purchase provider, RevenueCat, tells the app whether Premium is unlocked. We never see your card details.
- Your account, if you create one. Signing in is optional. If you do, we store your email address to identify your account.
- Cloud sync, if you use it (Premium). Settings, favorites, hidden and reordered groups and watch positions, so they follow you to your other TVs. Playlists are matched across TVs by a one-way hash — sync never contains playlist links, logins or stream addresses.
What we don't do
- No advertising and no ad tracking.
- No analytics that follow you, and we don't sell or share personal data.
- We don't see what you watch.
Service providers
We use Supabase (accounts and sync), RevenueCat (purchase status) and Google Play (payments). They process data only to provide these services to us.
Keeping and deleting your data
Account and sync data are kept until you delete your account. You can delete it at any time at palmotti.com/delete-account, which removes your account and all synced data. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on the TV.
Children
Palmotti is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
